ingredients

Roasted vegetables: 
1 chopped butternut pumpkin  
3 assorted coloured capsicums 
1 zucchini  
1 eggplant 

instructions

Tossed in smoked sweet paprika, cumin, white pepper, light drizzle extra virgin olive oil and sea salt 

Bake in a pre heated oven for 20-30 minutes

Blend together:
250g chickpeas 
1/2 of the roasted vegetables 
2 garlic cloves 
1 whole fresh lime or lemon if preferred 
2tbsp tahina 
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
2-3tbsps water 
Celtic sea salt
