raw brazilian spirulina energy balls

#brazilnuts not only are abundantly filled with healthy fats, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc and fiber. They contain a powerhouse antioxidant known as selenium. Selenium helps promote healthy thyroid gland function, which in turn helps regulate bodily functions such as our metabolism and menstruation
To put it into perspective Brazil nuts contain 96 micrograms of selenium in a single piece. Adults should be getting 55 micrograms of selenium a day, so by just eating a single Brazil nut a day, you have met your daily needs

Sacred #spirulina
It promotes the growth of healthy bacterial flora, an immunity booster, alleviates sinus congestion, high dosage of iron, studies have shown the highly effective combination of spirulina and zinc will lower levels of inorganic arsenic in the body.
There was study taken place that 24 patients who were affected by chronic arsenic poisoning were given spirulina extract and zinc twice a day, the results in comparison to those who didn’t … the participants received a 47 percent decrease of arsenic in their body. It is a true powerhouse and something I have brought and implemented in my life for many years now
