gut-friendly papaya cacao coconut pudding (no added sugar, dairy and gluten free)

I might as well change my surname to Papaya … haha 
 
In my eyes the Queen of all fruits  

 
She is perfect just by herself or a squeeze of fresh lime, but this probiotic enzyme rich pudding is delicious too  
 
#papaya – a powerhouse fruit .. rich in enzymes, papain and chymopapain which help improve digestion and ease constipation. ingredients

1 papaya  
2tsps cinnamon 
2tsps maca root 
2tbsps raw cacao  
200g @coyo_organic kefir 
 
If you need some extra sweetness, add in 2 large fresh medjool dates 

instructions

Set in the fridge for 30 minutes 

Serve with fresh grated coconut and cinnamon
